The use of Calvary Vision Center requires the officer of the renting organization to read and accept conditions detailed below.
LEGAL
The renting organization agrees to defend, indemnify, protect, and save harmless Calvary Vision Center and its Landlord from and against suits, claims, or damages to the extent arising out of any negligent act, or use, or failure to exercise such care as is customary for such use.
- No outside sign is allowed on the premises.
- Kitchen facility cannot be used for any events.
- Additional chairs and items should be returned to its original place.
- All lights must be turned off before leaving the premises.
- Any trash must be discarded in the lobby trash can.
- Use right side of the parking lots in front of the center.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium at any time.
- Any changes made less than one week prior to the event will result in a penalty fee of $100.
